Carmen Walden has spent the last 30 years focusing on helping first time homebuyers achieve the
American Dream. She worked at Chase as a Sr Loan Officer for 20 years in FFLD CTY and 4 years as a Business Dev. Officer in CT/NY.

Carmen left Chase in 2014 and joined Peoples Bank as a Senior Appraisal Reviewer/Affordable Lending Mgr. she recently left Peoples to pursue her life long dream of getting her RE License and joined Realty One Group in Monroe on Sept. 11 2019.

The one thing Carmen is most passionate about is sharing her knowledge and life experiences. She is a facilitator/instructor who partners with HUD approved Counseling agencies to provide first time homebuyer education classes with a focus on budgeting/credit and preparing for homeownership as a tool for building wealth

Carmen has a track record for successfully building and growing business throughout her career she was born and raised in Bridgeport and upon graduation she attended Sacred Heart University.

Carmen has a fantastic family she has been married for 41 years to the love of her life and high school sweetheart Karl "Buckey" Walden. She has two children KC & Jenna Walden and two grandsons James & Marques. When Carmen is not working she loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Carmen is a member of the Cathedral Parish of St. Augustines and has served a several non profit boards.
